"An Introduction to Hypnosis"
Have you ever wondered what hypnosis is and how it works? Attend this introductory class and find the answers. Learn about self-hypnosis, and how you can apply it for personal improvement across all areas of your life.

"Ongoing Weight Management Program"
Experienced facilitator and coach providing direct support and the motivation you need. ANHI offers an ongoing weight management program. Clients are first required to undertake two, one on one, focused hypnotherapy sessions with a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Following this, clients can choose to continue with one on one sessions, or continue with small group sessions.
Individual appointments by arrangement. Weekend group sessions can be arranged.
First Session = $198.00
Subsequent Individual Sessions = $98.00
Subsequent Group Sessions = $50.00 per session

"How to Deal with Difficult People"
This program helps you to identify and assemble elements of effective communication, and working with NLP and hypnotherapeutic techniques, apply them for maximum success. The work setting is given particular attention. Techniques to bring the best out of people, resist intimidation, avoid confrontation, turn situations into win/win occurrences, and making every interaction a success are reviewed and presented in a comprehensive portfolio for participants to apply across many situations.

"Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Including Time Line Therapy® (TLT)"
NLP is concerned with what happens when we think, and the effect of our thinking on our behavior and the behavior of others. It is the study of excellence and teaches us how we can think better, and achieve more. As a practitioner of NLP, you not only gain the benefits on a personal level, but may apply the techniques as a therapist to help others.
Time Line Therapy® has become widely known as one of the most effective methods for creating quick and lasting change. This program combines information with advanced NLP and hypnosis techniques that will accelerate your level of competence: a powerful therapeutic technique.
Completion of this course leads to certification as a Practitioner of NLP and Time Line Therapy®

A 2 1/2 day program, leading to certification with the American Board of Hypnotherapy. An intensive course focused on the essential elements of hypnotherapeutic practice. Provides a thorough training on the key elements of Hypnotherapy.
