The Positive Process Weight Program
has achieved exciting results in the past and is now being offered to the public again. This program will give you the tools to lose the weight and keep if off by changing the way you think about eating and food. That is what makes the Positive Process Weight Program so successful.


Scientists have long known of the connections of the mind with every cell in the body. Therefore, it makes sense that what is going on inside our mind has a tremendous impact on what happens to our body.


Our conscious mind is 1 to 12% and it deals with our logic, reason and will power.
Our unconscious mind is 88 to 99% and it handles all automatic functions (like our breathing) It associates, identifies, and handles our expectations and our imagination.

You have experienced your conscious mind and unconscious mind working against each other many times.


Remember a time that you decided to lose ten pounds and you said to yourself, “I am not going to eat anymore junk food.” You’re conscious mind said, “Junk food is bad for you.” But your unconscious mind said, “Go ahead, and have some chocolate cake. You deserve it.” What did you do?


You meant it when you determined to make those positive changes but then the expectation of how good the chocolate would taste and the association of a familiar situation triggered the unconscious back into action and you ended up back where you started, reaching for the very thing you said you wouldn’t eat.


The conscious mind is like the power of one to twelve horses pulling against the unconscious mind with the power and strength of 88 to 99 horses. You know which one usually wins. That is where the Positive Weight Program comes in. We motivate the unconscious mind to identify with healthier habits and a life style that you desire.

If you have struggled with your weight in the past, chances are you don’t truly believe that you can reach your goal and keep the weight off even though you so desperately want to. Utilizing Hypnotherapy we can help you change the image of yourself so that you believe in your ability to reach that goal.


You will have two individual one on one conditioning sessions and then if you choose too you will go into a small group session that meets once a week. This includes lectures, group support, and hypnotherapy.


The fringe benefits received from hypnotherapy include managing stress and increased self-esteem.
